摘 要:主要用于公路工程和铁路工程的盆式橡胶支座具有高承载力、水平滑动能力、转动能力、抗拉能力等优点,具备在基础隔震建筑结构中使用的技术属性。现行国家标准仅规定了这类支座力学性能试验的静力方法,但采用静力方法难以得到这类支座的动力性能及地震响应特征。采用地震模拟振动台对盆式橡胶支座的动力性能及产品设计等进行试验研究,结果表明:盆式橡胶支座在强震作用下能够有效延长结构自振周期,滞回环较饱满,具有较好的隔震和减震性能;在超烈度强震作用下,盆式橡胶支座的中间钢衬板磨损较为严重,橡胶密封圈存在被挤出的危险性,在产品设计时应予以注意。Pot bearings are mainly used in highway engineering and railway engineering, but pot bearing has all technology attributes of being applied in base-isolated buildings for its advantages of high bearing capacity, horizontal sliding capacity, rotation capacity, tensile capacity and so on. Current standards only stipulate the static test methods for mechanical properties of pot bearing. Dynamic behaviors of pot bearing under strong ground motions are still not mastered by engineers. Dynamic property and product design rules of pot bearings were studied by shaking table test of pot bearings. The results show that pot bearings have the ability to prolong fundamental period of structure significantly and its hysteretic loops are plump under strong earthquake ground motion; pot bearings can provide seismic isolation to building structure and increase hysteretic energy dissipation capacity of building structure substantially; but intermediate steel liner of pot bearing wears seriously and rubber seal ring of pot bearing exists risk of being extruded under ultra-intensity strong earthquake action, and attention must be given to these assembly units during the design of pot bearings.
