凝结芽孢杆菌001RC的分离鉴定及其抗逆性研究

摘　　要：从健康仔鸡肠道内壁分离到一株产酸芽孢杆菌001RC,经形态特征鉴定、生理生化性质测定、16SrDNA序列鉴定及系统发育树构建,确定该菌株为凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagu-lans),其16SrDNA Genbank登录号为JF764794.该菌株对模拟胃液、胆盐及多种重金属具有很高的耐受能力.由药敏试验可知,该菌株对大多数抗生素药物敏感.研究结果表明,该菌株可以顺利通过胃液进入小肠后调节肠道微生态环境.A Bacillus strain 001RC with acid production property was isolated from the intestine of a healthy chicken.This bacterium was identified as Bacillus coagulans through the analysis of morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties,16S rDNA sequence and its phylogenetic tree.The Genbank accession of its 16S rDNA was JF764794.This strain was highly resistant to simulated gastric juice,bile salt and many heavy metals.From the drug sensitive tests,we could know that 001RC strain was sensitive to most of the antibiotics.The results indicated that this strain could successfully pass the gastric juice into the small intestine to regulate the micro-ecological environment of intestine.
