One hundred cases of stiff neck treated by one-finger scrubbing manipulation combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy

摘　　要：Objective To observe therapeutic effect of one-finger scrubbing combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy on stiff neck. Methods One hundred cases of stiff neck were treated with one-finger scrubbing combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy at Houxi （后溪 SI 3） and Shugu （束骨 BL 65） on the affected side, once a day, three clays made one session and totally one session was required. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results Fifty-two cases were cured with one treatment, 32 cases with two treatments and 12 cases with three treatments. Totally 96 cases （96%） were cured, 4 cases （4%） were effective. Conclusion The twining manipulation combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy has obvious therapeutic effect on stiff neck.目的:观察缠法结合运动针刺治疗落枕的疗效。方法:100例落枕患者采用缠法结合患侧后溪穴、束骨穴远道取穴运动针刺方法治疗,每天1次,3次为一疗程,共治1个疗程,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗1次痊愈52例,治疗2次痊愈32例,治疗3次痊愈12例,共痊愈96例,占96.0%(96/100);好转4例,占4.0%(4/100)。结论:缠法结合运动针刺治疗落枕疗效显著。
