摘　　要：目前国内外尚未建立《金匮要略》的影像案例资料库,而国内中医院校对案例教学的探讨也多局限在传统的病案教学法。本教研室结合自身特点,整合教学及临床各种资源,初步建立了体现中医经典临床思维的《金匮要略》教学案例影像库,为新时期下中医经典临床教学的实践和改革进行新的尝试和探索。随着案例库的不断充实完善和在临床教学中的实践和运用,建立一种有效锻炼中医学生思辨能力、符合中医经典课程特点的现代影像案例教学法将成为可能。At present, there is no media case database established for ＂Synopsis of the Golden Chamber＂ in China, and the teaching methods in Chinese medicine colleges are limited to the traditional case study. Our department has preliminarily established the media case database for teaching ＂Synopsis of the Golden Chamber＂ which manifests our own strength, integrates teaching and chnical re- sources, reflects classic Chinese medicine thoughts, and explores practice and revolution of the clinical teaching for Chinese medicine classics. Along with the constant perfection and utilization of the database, it would be possible to set up a modern media teaching method which effectively practices dialectic thoughts and manifests the characteristics of Chinese medicine classics.
