摘　　要：在我国高速城市化进程中,金融经济力及其运行状态已成为影响均衡城市化的重要要素之一。本文通过分解金融均衡的内涵,分析了金融非均衡对我国城市化进程中的城经济、市经济和农业剩余劳动力转移及储蓄资金利用的影响,提出表象的和内质的推进城市化提高效率、降低成本的金融均衡政策思路。In China＇s rapid urbanization process,the financial economic power and its running state have become one of the important factors that affect the equilibrium of urbanization.By decompositing the connotation of the financial equalization,analyze the effect of non-balanced finance in China＇s urbanization process on city economic and agricultural surplus labor transfer and savings using,from appearance and endoplasmic raise financial equalization policy ideas to promote urbanization efficiency and reduce the cost.
