农用硝酸铵防爆剂试验研究

摘　　要：根据高塔喷雾造粒连续生产和防爆剂共晶钝化原理,采用动态连续法工艺,批量试生产出含有4%和8%SGY-F型水溶性防爆剂的农用防爆硝酸铵和农用防爆硝基复合肥;考核和检测了防爆剂在175～178℃熔融态硝酸铵中共晶钝化时的工艺安全性和热相容性。文中还探讨了SGY-F型防爆剂质量分数为1.0%～5.0%时与产品颗粒强度、爆轰感度的变化规律;测试结果证实,试制品农用防爆硝铵和防爆硝基复合肥的主要物化性能和抗爆性能均达到预定技术指标或行业标准要求。Based on the continuous production process of the tower spray granulation and the eutectic passivation the- ory, a batch of the fertilizer-grade explosion-proof ammonium nitrate and agricultural explosion-proof nitro compound fertiliz- er, which contain 4% and 8% water soluble explosion-proof agent of type SGY-F, was produce by the continuous process. The technology safety and thermal compatibility of the explosion-proof agent were tested during the eutectic passivation of ammonium nitrate with the molten state at 175 - 178℃. The change laws of the product particle strength and detonation sensitivity in addition 1.0% - 5.0% SGY-F explosion-proof were also discussed in this paper. The test results confirmed that its physicochemical properties and antiknock performance conform to the predetermined technical indicators and the trade standards.
