梯度功能材料在摩托车发动机上的应用与研究

摘　　要：通过在发动机试验台架上对镀膜处理前后的发动机进行的性能对比试验及可靠性试验，在底盘测功机上进行的摩托车工况法排放对比试验，可以看出，采用梯度功能材料的摩托车用四冲程发动机的动力性、燃油消耗率和可靠性均得到明显改善，ＨＣ和ＣＯ排放指标也有明显改善。Power performance, fuel consumption rate and service life as well as HC and CO emission indice are re- markedly improved for a four cycle engine on motorcycle while some engine components treated with FGM are tested before and after film plating on engine testing rig for performance and service life test, and also tested on chassiss dynamometer for e- mission in motorcycle operating modes.
