摘　　要：医学影像学的飞速发展,带来了一系列伦理问题,如过度检查、放射线辐射损害、医患交流缺乏、不尊重患者知情同意权及不尊重患者隐私等一系列超越医学影像诊断和技术学范畴的伦理问题出现在医学影像工作者面前,亟待医学影像学工作者重视和研究。如何让现代医学影像伦理学与医学影像技术、诊断相融合,让医学影像工作者重视伦理学,是值得深刻思考的。根据患者的病情需要,扬长避短,完善资源配置制度,优化影像检查程序,以最短的时间,最少的费用,获得最切实的医学影像学诊疗效果。The rapid development of medical image has brought about a series of ethical problems, it is beyond the coverage of diagnosis and technology of medical image, such as excessive examination, radioactive rays for damages, absence of doctorpatient communication, disrespect the patient informed consent right and privacy right. Therefore, it is urgent to pay attention to and study them by medical image workers. Which let modern medical image ethics, technology and diagnose that merges to make every effort, which let medical image workers pay attention to ethics of medical image is worth pondering. According to patients＇ conditions, it is necessary to perfect health resource allocation, optimize image diagnostic procedure, promise the best yield within the shortest time and lest cost.
