摘  要:[目的]评价三种建立糖尿病气滞血瘀证型大鼠模型的方法。[方法]60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组10只与实验组50只。实验组运用高脂高糖饲料+STZ注射二联法建立糖尿病动物模型,筛选后随机分3组,分别运用中药灌胃、电针刺激与肾上腺素注射的方法建立气滞血瘀证型糖尿病动物模型,观察症状体征、血液指标的变化情况。[结果]与电针刺激组、肾上腺素组比较,中药灌胃组在血糖、血浆粘度、全血高低切、HGB、WBC、RBC、ALB Cr项上表现出显著统计学差异(P<0.05),症状体征方面稍不及其他两组。[结论]相比较下运用二联法联合中药灌胃建立糖尿病气滞血瘀证型动物模型是一种较好的建模方法。[Objective]To evaluate the three experimental methods of building the diabetes Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome animal model. [Method] 60 SD rats were divided into two groups:10 in blank group and 50 in experimental group randomlwas. Experimental group was established the diabetes animal model with high fat and sugar feeding+STZ injection duplex method, there were three groups after sifting, which were separately put in the methods of lavage of traditional Chinese medicine, stimulation of electro acapuncture and insection of adrenaline to establish diabetes Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome animal model. Observing the condition of model's symptoms and signs, index changes. [Results] Compared with Electro-acupuncture group and Adrenaline group, Lavage of traditional Chinese medicine group showed great statistical differences in BG, plasma viscosity, whole blood high and low cut, HGB,WBC, Pd3C, ALB Cr projects, little ordinary in symptoms and signs.[Conclusion] High fat and sugar feeding+STZ injection duplex with Lavage of traditional Chinese medicine is a relatively better method for estabhshing diabetes Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome animal model in
