摘　　要：[目的]探讨IL-13在原发性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)的表达及其与中医辨证分型的关系。[方法]临床收集MsPGN109例,根据中医辨证分为四型。应用免疫组化方法检测35例轻、中、重度MsPGN肾穿刺活组织标本肾小球IL-13的表达及其与中医辨证分型的关系。[结果]MsPGN中医辨证分型中,最常见的是气阴两虚型和脾肾阳虚型,肝肾阴虚型最少见;肺肾两虚型病理类型相对较轻,脾肾阳虚型及气阴两虚型在MsPGN轻、中、重度均可见,而肝肾阴虚型的病理类型较重;IL-13的表达在病理类型较轻的肺肾两虚型较少,肝肾阴虚型表达增强。[结论]IL-13对于MsPGN中西医诊断具有一定的价值,也为进一步治疗提供了思路与方法。[Objective] To discuss the expression oflL-13 in primary MsPGN and its relation with TCM differentiation types. [Method] Clinically collect 109 cases of MsPGN, divide them into 4 types under TCM differentiation. Apply immuno-histo-chemical method to test the glomerulus IL-13 expression of living tissual sample punctured from 35 cases of light, mediate and severe MsPGN and the relation with TCM differentiation types. [tkesult] In MsPGN differentiation types, the most common are both deficiency of Qi and Yin, and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, the least is Yin deficiency of liver and kidney; the pathological type of both deficiency of spleen and kidney is relatively slight;both deficiency of Qi and Yin, and Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney can be seen in light, mediate and severe MsPGN, while the Yin deficiency of liver and kidney is more severe,the expression of IL-13 is less common in both deficiency of lung and kidney, and the expression of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney increases.[Conclusion]IL-13 has definite value in diagnosis of MsPGN in TCM and WM and also offers thought and method for further treatment.
