电针治疗麻痹性肠梗阻32例疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨电针治疗麻痹性肠梗阻的疗效。[方法]选择63例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组21例,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加电针治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗加适当运动。[结果]治疗组的总有效率为96%,对照组疗效为64%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]电针治疗麻痹性肠梗阻疗效显著。[Objective]To evaluate the effects of electroacupuncture for paralytic intestinal obstruction. [Methods]Fifty-two paralytic intestinal obstruction patients were divided randomly into the electroacupuncture group and medicine with movement group.[Results]The effective rate was 96.00% in the treatment group,that of the control group was 64.00%.The effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group. [Conclusion]Treatment of electroacupuncture may improve the symptoms of paralytic intestinal obstruction patients effectively.
