摘 要:目的探讨护理联系卡在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法自行设计"温馨提示卡"、"生日卡"、"连心卡",比较实施发放护理联系卡前后患者按时服药率、护理服务满意度。结果通过应用护理联系卡在以人文关怀为核心的优质服务后,患者按时服药率增加,与之前比P<0.05,差异有统计学意义患者主动回访率上升13.2%,护理满意度上升至98%。结论优质服务水平的提高,同时可提高医疗护理工作质量,促进医患沟通,提高满意度,构建和谐医患关系,等于医、患双赢。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing contact card in quality care. Methods Design our own '" Warm reminding card" ," Birthday card", and" Heart to heart card", and compare the rate of patients with regular medication and nursing care satisfaction before and after implement . Results By using nursing contact card based on quality care, rate of patients with regular medication increased, compared with the previous,P 〈 0.05, and patients taking the initiative to pay a return visit rate increased by 13.2%, and nursing satisfaction increased to 98%. Conclusion The improvement of Service can improve the quality of medical care, promote communication between doctors and patients, improve satisfaction, harmonious doctor - patient relationship, and create a win - win situation .
