摘　　要：Port State Control(PSC),known as the last maritime safety defense,plays an important role in maritime safety control.This paper attempts to describe PSC practice as it stands today.Background of PSC is first introduced.Then the paper presents detailed procedures of PSC.Through stating the specific procedures,it is hoped that the paper could give readers a general idea about the regime of PSC.Port State Control （PSC）, known as the last maritime safety defense, plays an important role in maritime safety control.
