摘　　要：文章从国内外专利检索角度出发,对SooPAT搜索引擎和中国知识产权网的数据覆盖范围、检索界面、检索分析功能以及检索结果等方面进行了详细地对比分析,为图书馆员和读者获取专利信息提供指导和帮助。Starting from the angle of the patent retrieval home and abroad, this article makes a comparative study of two major patent search service systems ： SooPAT Search Engine and China Intellectual Property Right Net from the following aspects： the coverage of the data, retrieval interface, retrieval analyzing functions and retrieval results so as to provide broad readers with guidance and help in the patent retrieval.
