摘 要:于2010年12月至2011年8月对花溪城市湿地公园内气生、亚气生藻类种类分布进行调查,运用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H′、Margalef丰富度指数d和Pielou均匀度指数J对花溪城市湿地公园内气生、亚气生藻类进行多样性分析。结果表明,花溪城市湿地公园内约有气生藻类204种(包括变种、变型),隶属于5门7纲23目42科75属;亚气生藻类237种(包括变种、变型),隶属于4门6纲22目37科68属。气生藻类的H′、d、J平均分别为5.91、12.20、0.92,亚气生藻类平均分别为6.03、13.11、0.94。岩石表面以蓝藻为优势种群;树干表面和建筑物表面以绿藻为优势种群;土壤里以硅藻和黄藻为优势种群。The distribution and species diversity of aerial and subaerial algae in Huaxi urban wetland park of Guiyang were investigated.The aerial and subaerial algae diversities were analyzed using the diversity index H′,richness index d and evenness index J based on the sample data.The results showed that there were about 204 kinds of aerial algae(including varieties,forms),belonging to 5 categories,7 classes,23 orders,42 families,and 75 genera.There were 237 kinds of sub-aerial algae(including varieties,forms),belonging to 4 categories,6 classes,22 orders,37 families,and 68 genera in Huaxi urban wetland park.The average H′,d,J values of aerial algae were 5.91,12.20,and 0.92 respectively,while those of subaerial were 6.03,13.11,and 0.94.Cyanobacteria was the dominant species on rock surface,green algae was the dominant species on trunk surface and building surface,diatoms and yellow algae were the dominant species on soil surface.
