湖北粮食的地理标志知识产权保护现状与发展对策

摘　　要：湖北粮食资源中有7种国家地理标志产品、4件国家地理标志商标、2种国家农产品地理标志。从地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记等方面介绍了湖北粮食资源的地理标志知识产权保护现状,探讨了其发展对策,并提出了相关建议。Among the food resources of Hubei province,there are 7 species of national geographical indication product,4 national geographical logo trademarks,and 2 kinds of national geographical indications of agricultural products.The intellectual property rights protection situation of national geographic indication of food resources of Hubei province from the aspect of the protection of geographical indications products,the registration of geographical indications brand together with geographical indication of agricultural products.Meanwhile development countermeasures were discussed;and some relevant proposal was put forward.
