精制银翘解毒片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的测定

摘　　要：建立了精制银翘解毒片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的HPLC检测方法。采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(体积比为20∶80∶0.5)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为249 nm,进样量10μL,外标法定量,结果显示,该法专属性好、简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适合于精制银翘解毒片的质量分析。对乙酰氨基酚在0.016 26～0.081 30 mg/mL的范围内峰面积与测定浓度呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为96.2%,RSD为8.0%(n=9)。The content of paracetamol was determined by HPLC with Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid（20∶80∶0.5,V/V/V） at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 249 nm with injection amount of 10 μL,and the content was calculated by external standard method.The analytical results indicated the method was applied in quality control of refined Yinqiaojiedu tablets with simple,rapid,sensitive,strong specificity and good reproducibility.The calibration curve was lineary in the range of 0.016 26～0.081 30 mg/mL（R2=0.999 9,n=5） for paracetamol,the average recovery of paracetamol（n=9）was 96.2% and RSD was 8.0%.
