现代农业示范区规划中的产业体系构建方法

摘　　要：在分析现有农业规划方法和现代农业发展要求的基础上,提出了示范区规划中产业体系构建的原则、方法和思路。并认为构建产业体系首先要选择主导产业,在此基础上设计主导产业链条,然后构建农产品生产体系、服务保障体系和经营组织管理体系等。该研究对现代农业示范区规划具有较强的理论与现实指导意义,该方法被运用到河北省某国家现代农业示范区规划,取得了很好的成效。Based on agricultural planning methods and requirements of modern agricultural development,the planning principles,methods and ideas of industrial system construction in demonstration region were proposed.It was thought that building industrial system must first select the leading industry and design main industrial chain,and then build the agricultural production system,the service support system and business organization and management system,et al.The study has a strong theoretical and practical guiding significance for modern agriculture demonstration region planning.The method has been applied to a modern agriculture demonstration region of Hebei,and achieved good results.
