摘 要:对塔里木河中下游退耕还林还草工程进行了生态和经济效益评价。针对塔里木河中下游的实际状况,以现有的林草植被类型代替退耕后的植被。运用均方差决策权法进行实例分析,得出了实施退耕还林还草时,以退耕还生态林的生态效益最好,退耕还经济林的生态、经济综合效益虽然最大,但生态效益所占比重较小的初步结论。Assessment of ecological and economical benefits of converting cropland to forest and grassland in the middle-lower reaches of Tarim river was conducted.Cropland converted was replaced by the existing forest type based on the actual situation in the middle-lower reaches of Tarim river.By using equal variance decision-making method,the conclusion was drawn that in converting cropland to forest and grassland in this area,the best ecological efficiency came from ecological forest;the economical forest was the best style,but the weights of ecological efficiency was not large enough.
