摘  要:为鉴定不同栽培类型油菜的抗寒性,选取3种栽培类型(甘蓝型、芥菜型和白菜型)油菜的幼苗,采用人工气候箱控温的方法,对油菜幼苗在不同程度的低温胁迫处理后叶片内丙二醛含量变化进行了研究。结果表明,油菜叶片丙二醛含量总体上随温度下降及低温胁迫时间延长而逐渐增加;油菜叶片丙二醛含量的变化幅度及具体变化规律因栽培类型和低温处理条件而异;3种类型油菜中,白菜型油菜的抗寒性强。To indentify the cold resistance of different cultured rape types,3 rape cultivars(Brassica napus L,Brassica juncea L.,and Brassica campestris L.) were selected and the change of malondialdehyde(MAD) content in leaves of them under different low temperature stresses was studied using the method of temperature-controlling by artificial climatic box.The results showed that the MAD contents dramatically increased with the decrease of the temperature and with the extension of the stress time.The range and regular pattern of the MAD content change in different cultivars or different treatment conditions were different.The cold resistance of Brassica campestris L.was the strongest among the three cultivations.
