摘  要:研究串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliform)毒素诱导玉米保护性酶活性变化与品种抗性的关系,为利用串珠镰刀菌毒素快速筛选抗病品种奠定基础。以串珠镰刀菌毒素处理玉米幼苗,测定玉米根系POD、PAL和PPO活性的变化。结果表明,抗病、感病品种玉米根系的保护性酶对串珠镰刀菌毒素的诱导反应不同。抗病、感病品种玉米幼苗用串珠镰刀菌毒素处理后,POD、PAL、PPO活性均有所提高,且随处理时间延长,其活性变化呈先升高、后降低趋势。在处理期间,抗病品种的酶活性高峰高于感病品种,表明抗病品种保护性酶对毒素敏感性高于感病品种;抗病品种的POD和PPO相关性强于感病品种。In order to clarify the correlation between protective enzyme activity and resistant of variety induced by toxin produced by Fusarium moniliform,the changes of POD,PPO and PAL of maize root were assayed.The result showed that the activities of three protective enzymes of maize root were higher than control.Moreover,the activity of enzymes firstly enhanced,then decreased along with treated time.The active peak of enzyme in resistant variety was higher than that of susceptible variety,reflecting that the activity of protective enzyme in resistant variety was stronger than in susceptible variety.In addition,the correlation between POD and PPO of resistant variety was higher.The difference of activity of protective enzymes between resistant variety and susceptible variety could be used to build a basis of quick screening for resistant variety.
