摘 要:通过探讨不同景观树种的光合色素含量,为喀斯特山地筛选抗逆性强、观赏价值高的景观树种提供理论依据,并促进其生态恢复与景观建设。以喀斯特山地16种景观树种为材料,采用丙酮-乙醇提取法测定了其叶片的光合色素含量。结果表明,16种景观树种叶片的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a含量+叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a含量与叶绿素b含量比值、类胡萝卜素含量都存在着一定的差异,反映出各树种具有不同的光合生理适应特性。其中无患子、桤木、桂花及乐昌含笑4种景观树种对喀斯特生境的适应性最强,是贵阳市郊区脆弱的喀斯特山地植被恢复的首选景观树种;红叶乌桕、重阳木、飞蛾槭、深山含笑、红花木棉、黄心夜合、鹅掌楸、白玉兰8种景观树种对喀斯特生境的适应性次之,也可选择其作为喀斯特山地植被恢复的景观树种。The photosynthetic pigment content of different landscape plants was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for training and screening landscape trees with strong resistance and high ornamental value in Karst mountain area as well as promote the ecological restoration and landscape construction.The method of acetone and ethanol extraction measure was adopted to detect the photosynthetic pigments content in the leaves of 16 kinds of landscape species in Karst mountain area.The result showed the contents of Chlorophyll(Chl)a,Chlb,Chl a + Chl b,Chl a / Chl b and Carotenoids of 16 landscape trees were different,reflecting different photosynthetic physiological adaptation features of each species.Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.,Alnus cremastogyne Burk.,Osmanthus fragrans Lour.,and Michelia chapensis Dandy were more adaptable to the Karst habitats,thus were the preferred landscape species for vegetation restoration of fragile Karst mountain area in Guiyang suburb.Eight kinds of landscape species,Sapium discolor(Champ.ex Benth.) Muell.-Arg.,Bischofia polycarpa(Levl.)Airy Shaw,Acer oblongum Wall,M.maudiae Dunn,Bombax malabaricum DC.,Michelia bodinieri Finet et Gagnep.,Liriodendron chinensi s(Hemsl.)Sarg.,and Magnolia denudata Desr.had adaptability to the Karst habitats,which could also be selected to restore the landscape species for vegetation restoration in Karst mountain area.
