摘  要:以去离子水为提取剂,采用单因素试验和正交试验考察了提取时间、提取温度和料液比对蝉花(Cordyceps cicadae)多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,蝉花多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度70℃、提取时间30 min、料液比1∶20(m/V,g∶mL),在这个条件下蝉花多糖提取率为2.37%。Polysaccharide was extracted from Cordyceps cicadae by ultrasonic-wave assisted method using ion-free water as solvent.Single factor tests and orthogonal design was adopted to study the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature and solid to liquid ratio on yield of polysaccharide.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extracting at 70 ℃ for 30 min with the material to liquid ratio of 1∶20.The yield of polysaccharide from C.cicadae under these conditions was 2.367%.
