摘 要:用低频高压电源和液压加力架实验研究了力电载荷下铁电陶瓷软性PZT(P-51)的单轴应力应变关系、在不同压应力下的电滞回线和蝶形曲线.实验发现随着压应力的增加,PZT的铁电特性发生很大的变化,尝试用电畴来解释PZT在不同压应力下铁电性的变化规律和退极化效应.在本实验中,我们很好地解决了在测试材料高电压性能中常出现的绝缘问题和电弧放电问题,获得了比较系统的实验结果.In this investigation, the mechanical-electric coupled behavior of a PZT ferroelectricceramic was experimental observed. The sample is isolated from the test frame and the high voltagearcing were prevented effectively by the setup which promotes the precision of the experimentalresults and makes the systemic experimental results available. With a high voltage amplifier and aservo-hydraulic test frame, the strain-electric-field and electric-displacement-electric-field hysteresisloops of the soft PZT ceramic at different compressive stress levels were measured, showing thatthe properties of the PZT ceramic is the function of the compressive stress. The stress-strainrelationship was also experimentally examined. We try to explain the experimental results interms of the domain-switching theory.
