摘　　要：富血小板血浆即血小板浓度高于健康全血的血浆,因其富含血小板,可产生大量的生长因子,不仅在整形外科领域中,具有促进难愈性创面愈合的独特作用,而且对整形美容手术后的伤口愈合,瘢痕减轻等具有独特的优势,其具备可自体提取、制备过程简单、易保存等优点,有望成为一项可广泛推广的促创面愈合手段。The platelet-rich plasma defined as a platelet concentration higher than that in healthy whole blood, due to its high levels of platelet which can stimulate the production of growth factors, not only shows its ability to promote refractory wound healing in plastic surgery, but also has the unique advantage of wound healing after cosmetic surgery, scar alleviation and so on. Furthermore, with the advantages of self-body extraction, easy to prepare and store, it would become a widely used technology for wound healing.
