摘 要:首次系统地研究了白云石内衬高温高压前后X射线衍射峰的变化与形貌变化,进而讨论了温度、压力与X射线衍射峰的变化、形貌变化之间内在的联系,分析了这些变化对金刚石合成的影响。实验研究结果表明,白云石内衬在高温高压后其主衍射峰(104)晶面的衍射角有一定的漂移,且压力分布不同,漂移角度也不同;形貌的变化是与温度、压力的分布相适应的,随着白云石内衬不同区域的温度、压力的变化,白云石内衬由片状逐渐转变成颗粒状,这些变化意味着白云石内衬在传压过程中有压力损失,这对金刚石合成有不利的影响。The changes of X-ray diffraction peak shifts and morphologies of the dolomite lining were studied systematically before and after high temperature and high pressure, then the intrinsic link between the temperature, the pressure and X-ray diffraction peak shifts, morphology changes were discussed, and the influences of the changes on synthe- sizing diamond were analyzed. The experimental results show that the main diffraction peak (104) crystal plane of the dolomite lining will shift under high temperature and high pressure. The pressure distribution was different, the shift angle was also different. The morphology change was synchronized with the changes of temperature and pressure, the dolomite lining transformed sheet into granular gradually with different temperature and pressure, these changes means that the dolomite lining exist pressure loss during pressure transmission process, it had an adverse effect on diamond synthesis.
