摘 要:近年来可实现高效率、高稳定性、长寿命加工的超硬刀具的应用日渐普及,随着现代制造业(特别是汽车制造业)的快速发展,超硬刀具材料的生产及应用也逐年快速增长。目前,世界上超硬刀具材料年耗量以8%~10%的速度增长,发达国家超硬材料刀具已占刀具市场的20%以上,而中国超硬刀具的市场份额还不到10%。这既是一个大的差距,也是一个很大的市场空间。我国数控机床等高速、高精加工设备的快速增长为国内超硬刀具的市场份额的跳跃式增长提供了条件,文章综述了近年来国内外PcBN的技术现状、取得的重要进展,对国内研究生产遇到的瓶颈问题进行了剖析,并展望了未来的重点突破方向。In recent years, the superhard cutting tools with high efficiency, high stability and long life processing have been widely used. Along with the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry (especially automobile manufacturing industry), the production and application of superhard tool materials also grows rapidly. At present, the world yearly consumption of superhard cutting tool materials increased by 8%-10%, and superhard cutting tools have accounted for more than 20% of the market in developed countries, while in China the market share is less than 10%. This is a big difference, but also a great market space! The rapid growth of China's CNC machine tools will provide the condition for bouncing growth of domestic superhard tool market share. This paper summarizes the technology current situation and significant progress of PcBN in domestic and abroad in recent years, analyzes the domestic production bottleneck problems and prospects the breakthrough direction in the future.
