摘　　要：本文分析了汽车工业面临经济全球化的新形势,阐述了在实施全球战略的过程中,如何提高科技创新能力,如何发挥上海的科技及人材优势和各种存量优势,不断提升汽车作为支柱产业的优势地位,并指出要把优势转化为创新能力,必须要有特定的明确目标和必要的载体运作。Auto industry is facing the new situation of e-conomic globalization. During the process of implementing globalizational strategy, that China auto industry how to raise the ability of technical innovation, to bring the superiority of Shanghai's technology and talent into full play and to raise the e-conomic position of auto industry in Shanghai as a pillar is stated in this paper. We shall transform the superiority into innovational ability.
