摘  要:为了探索大孔树脂对农抗702吸附的有利条件,以浓缩液及不同吸附树脂为试验材料,对吸附及解吸过程进行单因素试验,结果表明:①以HP-10树脂作为吸附剂,饱和吸附量为947μg/g;②最佳吸附pH为8.0,当吸附进行到10 h之后其饱和吸附量基本保持在945μg/g左右,当动态吸附时其流速为1.5mL/min时既有利于吸附又可缩短周期。In order to probe the favorable conditions for macroporous resin to absob agricultural antibiotic 702,taking concentrate and different absorption resins as experimental materials,single-factor experiments of the absorption and desorption process were conducted.The results were as followed,①When taking the HP-10 resin as absorbents,the saturated extent of absorption was 947 μg/g.②The best absorption pH was 8.0,after ten hours absorbing,the saturated extent of absorption was staying at about 945 μg/g.And when the vs of dynamic absorption was 1.5 mL/min,it was of great help to absorption as well as shorten the cycle.
