摘  要:利用反相高效液相色谱法测定赣南乌药(Lindera aggregate)根、茎、叶中乌药醚内酯的含量,建立了赣南乌药的质量标准。以乙腈-水(45∶55,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为235 nm。结果表明,乌药醚内酯在0.08~2.00μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=20.851x+9.421,R2=0.999 6。赣南乌药根中乌药醚内酯含量为0.529%,茎、叶中未检出乌药醚内酯。赣南乌药根中乌药醚内酯含量远高于市售商品乌药,该方法可用于赣南乌药的质量控制,方法简便、准确、可靠。Determination of linderane in roots,stems and leaves of Lindera aggregata from the region of Gannan to provide scientific basis for quality control of Lindera aggregata from the region of Gannan.HPLC analytical method was established using a acetonitrile-water(45∶55,V/V) as the mobile phase at 235 nm.The linear range of linderane was between 0.08~2.00 μg,the regression equation was y=20.851x+9.421(R2=0.999 6).Content of linderane in the root of collected sample was 0.529%,but it was not detected in the stem and leave of collected sample.The linderane content of Lindera aggregata from the region of Gannan in root was higher than the commercial products.The HPLC was suitable for the determination of linderane form Lindera aggregata.This method was convenient,stable,and reliable.
