摘　　要：图书馆联盟是图书馆发展的必然趋势。通过建立医学图书馆联盟可以实现医学图书馆文献信息资源的共建共享和资源的合理配置,更好地满足用户信息需求,并使循证医学真正地发挥作用。为促进医学图书馆联盟健康稳步发展,文章提出应从组织管理、馆员队伍建设、服务手段、技术支撑、知识产权保护等方面着手,探索完善医学图书馆联盟的发展策略。Library consortia is an inevitable trend in the development of libraries. Through the establishment of the consortia of medical libraries, a rational allocation of library resources, joint-construction and joint-sharing of information resources of libraries can be achieved, the information requirements of broad readers can be satisfied, and the evidence- based role of Chinese herb medicines can be played. In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese traditional medicine, the author presents some tactics to construct library consortia from the organizational management, the construction of human resources, service means and channels, technical support, and intellectual property protection, etc..
