摘　　要：文章阐述了全民阅读背景下促进高校师生阅读与推动全民阅读、提高全民素质的重要性,并以大连工业大学为例,对全校师生的阅读现状进行了详细的调研,针对阅读群体的需求特征,提出促进师生阅读的六项具体策略,以期图书馆的丰富资源更好地为广大师生所充分利用。This article expounds the importance of nationwide reading to raise the quality of citizens and the promotion of the reading activities of students and teachers in higher institutions under the environment of nationwide reading. By taking the reading status of the teachers and students of the Dalian Polytechnic University as a case study, the authors of this article present six reading tactics to meet the reading groups＇ requirements and to provide a better use of the rich information resources of the library for the broad teachers and students.
