税务电子缴税中间业务的优势分析

摘　　要：为了解决传统缴税过程中的种种问题,积极推进财税库银联网,建立税务电子缴税中间业务系统。系统采用中间件MQ和TIPS交换报文,Socket和税务业务系统交换报文,EJB进行持久层处理,WEB页面进行数据展现。实现税务业务系统和人民银行TIPS的报文信息交换,解决了税费的联网征缴。In order to solve all problems in process of traditional tax, we promote the networking of tax treasure and bank actively, establish intermediate business system of Electronic Taxation. The system exchanges message by MQ and TIPS, by Socket and taxation business system, EJB conduct persistence layer, WEB display data. The system realize message exchange between taxation business system and TIPs of the people Bank of China, solve the problem of taxation collection by networking.
