摘 要:为了明确北京硬水质地区施用不同生菜配方的营养液对其产量及品质的影响,以生菜为材料,采用营养液栽培的方式,对山崎生菜营养液配方进行了调整,研究了9种不同营养液配方对生菜生长以及Vc和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:在保持1个单位标准浓度营养液配方中其他元素含量不变的基础上,施用硝酸钙0.50~0.75 mmol/L和硝酸铵0.46 mmol/L,可以较大幅度地提高生菜产量及其Vc含量,减少硝酸盐的积累,是水培生菜比较适宜的营养液施用方案。The objective is to clear the effects of different nutrient solution formulations on the yields and qualities of lettuce in the hard water areas of Beijing. Taking the lettuce as material and nutrient solution culture as the cultivation methods, effects of 9 kinds of different nutrient solution formula on growth, Vc and nitrate content of Lettuce were researched. The results showed that under a nutrient solution of 1 unit standard concentration formulation and keeping the content of other elements unchanged, the application of calcium nitrate 0.50 - 0.75 mmol/L and ammonium nitrate 0. 23 - 0. 46 mmol/L could greatly improve yield and the Vc content of lettuce and reduce nitrate accumulation , which was the nutrient solution application scheme suitable for hydroponic lettuce.
