摘 要:以天然产物油菜秸秆纤维素粉为基质,二甲基甲酰胺为交联剂,磷酸为修饰剂,制备了新型磷酸化油菜秸秆纤维素生物吸附剂.用红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱,对油菜秸秆纤维素粉和磷酸化油菜秸秆纤维素吸附剂进行了表征.研究了油菜秸秆纤维素粉改性前后溶液的pH、吸附时间、BSA的初始浓度、温度和离子强度等因素对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的吸附的影响.结果表明:在25℃,pH 5.0、6.0,吸附20 h的条件下,磷酸化油菜秸秆纤维素粉微球对BSA的吸附容量为127.39 mg/g,而未修饰油菜秸秆纤维素粉微球对BSA的吸附容量只有68.98 mg/g,说明改性获得较好的性能.吸附剂的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,属单分子层吸附.A novel biosorbent was prepared from cole straw using dimethyl formamide and phosphoric acid as crosslinker and modification agents repectively.The absorbents were characterized by FTIR,TEM and XPS.Such affecting factors as pH,adsorption time,initial BSA concentration,temperature and NaCl ionic strength before and after the modification of cole straw were extensively investigated.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of the phosphorylated cole straw was 127.39 mg/g at pH 5.0、6.0,25 ℃ for 20 h,obtaining better performance compared to the 68.98 mg/g from unmodified materials.The adsorption phenomena were found monolayer adsorption following Langmuir isotherm.
