安全生产法律体系亟须完善

摘　　要：为保障安全生产,由相关法律、法规、规章有机联系而形成的安全生产法律体系作为制度保障不可或缺。随着安全生产形势的不断发展,我国现有安全生产法律体系亟须做出变革,国家刚刚拟定的《安全生产"十二五"立法规划(征求意见稿)》即是一项综合性的重要举措。除此之外,在安全事故应急处理、企业安全评价与市场准入、安全生产事故信息公开等方面的立法仍有进一步改革、完善的必要。To ensure security in production, relevant laws, regulations and rules are essential to construct an organic legal system as a system. With the continuous development of production safety standard, there is an urgent need to make changes to the existing legal system of safe production law. As a response to such need and an important comprehensive initiative, ＂12th Five-Year Plan for Safe Production Law （Draft） ＂has just been drawn up. Besides that, there is still room for further reform and improvement in legislations concerning the emergency treatment to security accidents, the evaluation of enterprise security and market access, safety accident information disclosure, etc.
