规模养殖场畜禽粪便无害化处理和有机肥加工技术

摘　　要：2005—2010年间成都市双流县农村发展局在50个规模畜禽养殖场,建成畜禽粪便无害化处理及有机肥料生产体系,应用粪便干湿分离技术、管网输送技术、干粪便集中有氧堆肥发酵技术、湿粪便沼气发酵技术,成功消化掉规模养殖场的畜禽粪便,并用堆肥发酵粪便产物生产有机肥,沼液给农田果树等施肥,沼气用于养殖场生活等,在2010年双流县实现畜禽粪便无害化处理及资源化利用率达到92%的总体目标.During the years of 2005-2010, Rural Development Bureau of Shuangliu County of Chengdu City built, on 50 scaled livestock and poultry farms, the system harmless treatment of manure and organic fertilizer processing technology, used the technologies, such as pipeline technology, dry excrement centralized aerobic composting fermentation technology, wet manure biogas technology, fecal dry separation, and successfully digested the manure from the scaled farms. By using compost fermentation to produce organic fertilizer, biogas slurry to fertilize farm fruit trees, and biogas to power the farm life, Shuangliu County achieved the goal of harmlessly treating 92% of livestock and utilizing 92% of the manure as resources in 2010
