芦荟抗应激性胃溃疡的迷走神经机制

摘　　要：目的:旨在研究芦荟是否通过影响胃壁胆碱能神经预防应激性溃疡.方法:10只健康成年SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组和芦荟实验组,分别给予生理盐水和芦荟灌胃一周后,浸水8小时后处死取胃,测胃液量及PH值,取胃壁组织制作冰冻切片,分别做HE染色和乙酰胆碱酯酶染色观察胃黏膜.结果:芦荟组胃液分泌量与PH值显著提高(p<0.05),芦荟组与生理盐水对照组比较胃黏膜光滑,无明显溃疡、出血,胃壁各层结构相对完整,腺体细胞排列整齐,坏死脱落细胞较少,无明显血管扩张;乙酰胆碱酯酶染色结果显示芦荟治疗组胃壁阳性神经纤维明显减少(与生理盐水对照组相比p<0.05),且与胃底腺长轴平行,排列有序.结论:芦荟对应激性溃疡的保护可能通过抑制迷走神经分泌乙酰胆碱,进而抑制胃酸分泌达到预防应激性溃疡的保护作用.乙酰胆碱可能参与芦荟对应激性溃疡的保护机制中.Objective： To study the effect of vagus on the gastric ulcer in stressed rats by the Aloes. Method： Ten SD rats are assigned into 2 groups at random, control and aloes supplement. The rats are treated with NS and Aloes for a week, respectively l＇he rats are restrained and immersed in the water for 24 hours, then are sacrificed. The measurements of the gastric juice pH, HE and acetylcholinesterase staining of gastric mucosa are conducted. Results： Compared with the control group, the ;ecretion and PH of gastric juice in Aloe-treated group are increased significantly. Aloes can improve the histologic architeeture of gastric mucosa, compared with the control group. The Ach positive nerve fibers in gastric parietal in the control group are more significant than Aloe-treated group. Conclusion： Vagus may be involved in the protection of Aloes on he stress gastric ulcer.
