摘　　要：目的研究广西地区京族人群载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)-1131T>C基因多态性与血脂水平的关联。方法对394例广西京族成人进行血脂水平检测,并采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)对ApoA5-1131T>C基因型进行分析。结果 (1)广西京族人群中ApoA5-1131T>C基因多态性TT、TC、CC基因频率分别为44.4%、45.7%和9.9%,其中C和T等位基因频率分别为32.7%和67.3%;(2)广西京族人群ApoA5-1131T>C不同基因型携带者之间的三酰甘油水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CC型高于TT和TC型;(3)京族女性C等位基因携带者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于T等位基因携带者;C等位基因携带者中女性的总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平高于男性。结论 ApoA5-1131T>C基因变异在广西京族人群中较常见;ApoA5-1131C等位基因可能与血浆三酰甘油水平增高有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the apolipoprotein A5 （Apo A5 ） -1131T 〉 C gene polymorphism and blood lipids in Guangxi Jing population. Methods Genotypes of ApoA5 - 1131T 〉 C were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction restricted fagments length polymorphism （PCR - RFLP） in 394 cases of Jing population, so were the blood lipids by biochemical methods. Results The frequencies of TT, TC and CC of ApoA5 - 1131T 〉 C genotypes of Jing population from Guangxi were 44. 4, 45.7 and 9. 9% , respectively; with the frequencies of allele T and C were 67.3 and 32. 7% , respectively. Significant difference was found in plasma triglyceride （TG） among different genotypes （P 〈 0. 05 ） in Guangxi Jing population, with significantly higher plasma triglyceride （TG） in CC genotype than that in TC and TT genotypes. The plasma high density lipoprotein choiesterol （ HDL - C） in Jing female C allele carriers was lower than T allele carriers ; and the plasma total cholesterol （TC） and low density lioprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C） in female C allele carriers were higher than male carriers. Conclusion The gene variation of apolipoprotein A5 - 1131T 〉 C is frequent in Guangxi Jing population. The allele - 1131 C of apolipoprotein in A5 is associated elevation of plasma TG.
