摘　　要：目的:通过观察HGF在诱导BMSCs向神经元样细胞分化过程中的作用,尝试寻找一种高效的诱导BMSCs分化途径。方法:从成年大鼠股骨内获取骨髓,分离BMSCs,细胞培养并鉴定,然后加入不同的诱导因子诱导BMSCs分化,利用免疫荧光染色技术、RT-PCR技术及免疫印迹技术检测BMSCs向神经元样细胞的分化情况。结果:形态学观察及流式细胞检测技术结果显示成功的获得了BMSCs,加入诱导因子HGF或EGF联合HGF后,RT-PCR检测结果及免疫印迹检测结果均显示,BMSCs可向神经元样细胞分化。结论:EGF联合HGF可诱导BMSCs向神经元样细胞分化。Objective To observe the role of HGF induced BMSCs to neuron-like cell differentiation,and to try to find an efficient inducing BMSCs differentiation pathway.Method We obtained bone marrow from the femur of the adult rats,seperated of BMSCs,cell was cultured and identified,then added different inducible factor-induced BMSCs differentiation using immunofluorescence staining,RT-PCR and immunoblotting BMSCs into neuron-like cells differentiation.Results The morphological observation and flow cytometry results showed that we had successfully obtained the BMSCs,adding inducible factor HGF,or EGF United HGF,RT-PCR test results and the immunoblot test results showed that,BMSCs could be induced into neuron-like cells differentiation.Conclusion EGF united HGF can induce BMSCs differentiate into neuron-like cells.
