关节镜内引流术治疗与膝关节腔相通腘窝囊肿

摘　　要：目的:探讨与膝关节腔相通的腘窝囊肿的关节镜手术方法。方法:36例经MRI检查证实与膝关节腔相通的腘窝囊肿患者行关节镜内引流术,并进行了临床评价。结果:本组36例均获得随访,随访时间5～23个月,平均12个月。Lysholm膝关节功能评分由术前(41.8±4.2)分提高到术后(86.8±2.9)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据Rauschning和Lindgren的分级方法,患者术前为Ⅰ级1例,Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级23例,术后的结果为:0级12例,Ⅰ级19例,Ⅱ级5例。结论:关节镜内引流术治疗与膝关节腔相通的腘窝囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快、复发率低、同时可处理伴发的关节内疾病等优点。Objective To study popliteal cyst which has communication with the joint cavity on cross section.Method From January 2007 to August 2011,36 cases with popliteal cyst underwent arthroscopic endodrainage operation.Clinical results were followed up.Results All 36 patients were followed up from 5 to 23 months（average：12 months）.The Lysholm scores of these patients were improved from preoperative average 41.8＋/-4.2 scores to postoperative average 86.8＋/-2.9 scores,P0.05.According to the Rauschning and Lindgren Grading,1 patients were gradeⅠ,12 patients were gradeⅡand 23 were grade Ⅲ before the operation.After the operation,12 patients were grade 0,19 were gradeⅠ,and 5 was gradeⅡ.Conclusion Arthroscopic endodrainage operation in the treatment of popliteal cyst which has communication with the joint has the advantages of mini-invasive,fast-recovery,low recurrence rates,and treatment of the associated intra-articular disorders.
