围绝经期异常子宫出血疾病行宫腔镜检查的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜检查对未绝经期异常子宫出血的诊断价值及护理方法。方法:应用宫腔镜检查的围绝经期异常子宫出血患者206例,统计宫腔镜检查诊断符合率,并总结宫腔镜检查的护理方法。结果:经宫腔镜检查子宫内膜增生诊断准确度为93.9%,敏感度为94.7%,子宫内膜炎诊断准确度为92.8%,敏感度为95.1%,子宫内膜息肉诊断准确度为91.2%,敏感度为83.8%,子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断准确度为92.9%,敏感度为100%,子宫内膜癌诊断准确度为100%,敏感度为100%。结论:宫腔镜检查可以有效地发现宫腔内病变,并可以对病灶进行取材活检,对围绝经期异常子宫出血的诊断更加准确、直接。术前认真做好各项准备,加强心理护理,术中密切配合,加强并发症的护理是宫腔镜检查成功的关键。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy for perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Method 206 cases of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding accepted hysteroscopy from January 2009 to December 2011were studied.Counted the hysteroscopy diagnosis rate,and summarized the approach to care of hysteroscopy.Results By hysteroscopy,diagnostic accuracy of endometrial hyperplasia was 93.9%,sensitivity was 94.7%,,the diagnostic accuracy of endometritis was 92.8%,the sensitivity was 95.1%,the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial polyps was 91.2%,the sensitivity was 83.8%,the diagnostic accuracy of submucous myoma was 92.9%,the sensitivity was 100 %,and diagnostic accuracy of endometrial cancer was 100%,the sensitivity was 100%.Conclusion Hysteroscopy can find intrauterine lesions and got biopsy.Carefully preoperative preparations,strengthening the psychological care,operating in close coordination and strengthening the care of the complications are the keys to the success of hysteroscopy.
