摘　　要：目的:探讨执行手术安全核查制度的方法和内容对保障患者安全的作用。方法:严格落实三方核查制度,改进核查方法,完善核查内容。结果:自2010年4月～2012年4月,实施手术安全核查制度,完成12 170例手术,无一例差错事故发生,有效保障手术安全。结论:完善各项手术安全核查方法,手术风险降低,效果良好,确保患者安全。Objective To explore the method of surgical security verification system and its effect to guarantee patients′ safety.Method Strictly implementing the three parties verification system,improving the verification methods and the contents were done.Results From April 2010 to April 2012,the surgical safety verification system was implemented in 12170 cases of surgery in our hospital with no errors or accidents,which effectively ensured the operation safety.Conclusion Improving the surgical safety verification method can acquire better effect,reduce the operation risks and ensure the safety of the patients.
