摘　　要：针对调度指挥系统的开发现状和问题,提出了基于智能规则的调度自动指挥系统,阐述了该系统的特点、实现架构以及调度自动指挥的原理和过程。通过本系统定制的智能规则实现调度自动指挥功能和其他管理业务功能,大大提高了调度指挥工作的效率和实用性。By analyzing the present development and problems of the current dispatching command system, the paper puts forward an automatic dispatching command system based on intelligent rulers, elaborates the characteristics, the structure and the procedure of such a system. With intelligent rulers, this system realizes the automation of dispatching command and other business functions, and improved the effectiveness and practicability of the dispatching command work.
