先张法预应力梁板施工中常见问题的探讨

摘　　要：先张法预应力梁板在桥梁工程中已广为应用,由于桥梁建设队伍施工水平参差不齐,导致先张法预应力梁板施工中存在着一些普遍性的问题。本文针对先张法预应力梁板施工过程中关键环节的质量问题,从张拉机具效验、预应力张拉、预应力放张、混凝土浇筑、梁板起拱度、斜梁板锐角端头炸裂、混凝土干缩裂纹、梁板预埋钢筋、梁板几何尺寸、梁板冬季施工等方面进行了阐述和分析,并提出了保证预应力梁板施工质量的控制方法及注意事项,对桥梁施工技术人员具有指导意义。Pre-tensioning prestress beams have been widely used in bridge engineering. The different lev- els of bridge construction teams lead to some universal problems in the construction of pre-tensioning pre- stress beams. Directing at the quality problems of the key link in the construction process of prestress beams, this article explores and analyzes the following aspects： tensioning equipment effectiveness, prestress tension, prestress stretching, concrete pouring, arching degree of beam, stringer plate sharp end breakage, dry shrinkage crack of concrete, beam embedded steel bar, its geometric size and its construction in winter. Moreover, it puts forward the control methods and precautions to ensure the construction quality of prestress beams, which have a guiding significance to the bridge construction technicians.
