摘  要:用计算机模拟横向剪切干涉图,并且利用波前复原常用的Zernike多项式法做出理想数据拟合波像差的算例及使用理想干涉图采集的数据拟合波像差的算例,实际验证了Zernike多项式法的可靠性,在噪音峰值不超过1.8%的情况下依然可以精确的拟合波像差。提出了一种计算波像差的算法,并对其进行验证。The lateral shearing interferogram has been simulated by computer. And based on Zernike polynomial reconstructing method, two numerical examples of five-grade aberration have been investigated by using of the ideal data and the ideal shearing interferogram generated by the ideal data respectively. The numerical results illustrate that the wave fronts fitted by Zernike polynomial reconstructing method are effective and accurate with the image noise no more than 1.8 percent. A method for getting optical aberration has been established theoretically and proved effective through the ideal instances.
