摘  要:复摆颚式破碎机机构尺寸参数的设计是决定产品性能的关键。本文选择PE400X600复摆颚式破碎机为研究对象,以动颚的给、出料口的特性值和偏心距为目标函数,利用SQP算法对破碎机机构尺寸进行优化。结果表明,破碎机的排料口处得行程特性值由2.73减少2.39,偏心距减小了8%,极大地改善了破碎机的工作性能。The design of compound pendulum jaw crusher is the key to determine product quality. This paper chooses the PE400X600 compound pendulum jaw crusher as the research object. It is established an optimization mathematical model with the crank offset and the characteristic value of the moving jaw of feed inlet and feed outlet as the objective function, making use of the SQP, and an optimal solution of compound pendulum jaw crusher was obtained. The result shows the outlet traveling characteristic value of crusher is reduced from 2.73 to 2.39. While the crank offset is 8% lower than the original. The working Performance of crusher is farther improved.
