摘  要:液态模锻是一种高效经济的成形方法,是一种介于铸造和普通热模锻之间的金属成形工艺。将一定量的液态金属直接浇注于涂有润滑剂的模腔中,然后施加机械静压力,利用金属铸造凝固成形时易流动和锻压技术使已凝固的封闭硬壳进行塑性变形,使金属在压力下结晶凝固并强制消除因凝固收缩形成的缩孔,以获得无任何铸造缺陷的液态模锻件。主要介绍了液态模锻的特点及研究进展情况,为后续的实验研究提供参考。Liquid forging is a kind of high economic forming method, a metal forming process between the casting and ordinary hot forging. Through the amount of liquid metal casting lubricants in besmear directly in the cavity, then use the static pressure, exert machinery metal casting coagulation easily flow and forging technology makes the absorber caky already closed on plastic deformation, the metal solidification and under pressure because of compulsory eliminate crystals formed solidification ontraction shrinkages and obtained without any casting defects in the liquid forging parts. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of liquid forging and research progress for the subsequent experiment research, to provide the reference.
