摘  要:针对大同齿轮有限公司数控铣床铣削表面粗糙度差、原液压系统电机和液压泵温度高及液压泵经常损坏的现象,通过对液压原理图的理论分析,找出导致故障现象的原因并进行了系统改进。采取用中位滑阀机能为M的三位四通电磁换向阀替换两位四通电磁换向阀,加装单向阀和开关的措施,消除了原液压系统的故障隐患,取得了良好的实际效果。The roughness of the surface cut in the NC miller of Datong gear Co., ltd is not good, the temperature of its motor and the hydraulic pump is over the normal level, so the hydraulic pump has been damaged several times. Though analyzing the hydraulic schematic diagram theoretically, the author found out the causes of the trouble and have improved and perfected the hydraulic system. The author used the three position four way electromagnetic directional valve with function M in place of the two position four way electromagnetic directional valve, and added a back valve and a switch. These measures have removed the hidden trouble of the original hydraulic system. Now the NC Miller works smoothly.
