摘　　要：板式换热器是一种结构紧凑、高效的换热设备,但其换热温度高、内部流通孔径小,极易结垢,造成板式换热器换热效率降低,从而影响生产的正常进行和设备的安全。通过对板式换热器结垢的分析,提出对板式换热器除垢整体化学清洗方案和必要性,进一步阐述了科学的组织生产,加强科学管理是保障连铸生产的关键。Plate heat exchanger is a kind of compact structure, high efficient heat exchanging equipment, but its heat transfer temperature is high, the internal circulation of small size, easy scaling, caused by the plate heat exchanger heat exchange efficiency is reduced, thus affecting the normal production and equipment safety. Based on the analysis of heat exchanger fouling of heat exchanger ,proposed to the overall chemical cleaning solutions and necessity, elaborated further scientific organization of production, strengthen scientific management is the guarantee of continuous casting production
